Privacy Policy

The Proper App Company ("we", "our", "us") publishes the Concrete Calc mobile application ("the App"). This privacy policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Concrete Calc is designed to respect your privacy. We collect the minimum amount of data necessary for the App to function:

  • Calculation and project data: the data you enter (dimensions, quantities, projects) is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced via iCloud. We do not have access to this data.
  • Subscription data: in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We receive an anonymous identifier to validate your subscription status. We do not receive your payment information.
  • Anonymous usage data: we may collect anonymous usage statistics (features used, crashes) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to personally identify you.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect:

  • Your name, email address, or phone number
  • Your geographic location
  • Your contacts, photos, or files
  • Any advertising identifiers

3. iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your project and calculation data is synchronized across your devices via your personal iCloud account. This data is managed by Apple in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Your data is stored locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud storage. We follow industry best practices to protect any data passing through our services.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to your data
  • Right to rectification
  • Right to erasure
  • Right to data portability
  • Right to object

7. Data Retention

Your calculation data is stored locally on your device as long as the App is installed. Uninstalling the App deletes all local data. iCloud data can be deleted from your device settings.

8. Children

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised update date.
